Find Your Calm developed in consultation with professional child psychologist Dr. Katie O'Connell. A selection of 30+ drawing, colouring and puzzle-solving activities offering a chance for all children to explore and express emotions in a safe way. Accompanied by wonderful watercolour illustrations, these activities include:
• Drawing around your hand, and writing 5 things that make you calm on the fingers
• Writing calming phrases on slips of paper and putting them in a jar to pull out when needing reassurance.
• Making a list of the sounds you hear in nature
