Watch this space, as this is something we're looking at to add soon. Our items are offered with the intention of fitting into our standard boxes alongside other items. Should your selection not fit into one box we reserve the right to ship the parcel in two packages, or wrap any additional items though we will include them in the same delivery. Conversely for smaller gifts, the items are packaged with tissue paper and attractive navy sizzle, so it is presentable if there are only small or a few items in the standard box.
Due to the gift nature of our business we do not include any receipt or price information in our packages. You will receive an order confirmation upon order placement &, if required, can request a receipt by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If your order is incorrect or damaged please contact us at email@example.com including your order number and a description of the issue. We will aim to replace any missing or damaged items as soon as we can however, if this is not possible, we would offer a refund. If the items are not damaged or incorrect, then we are not at liberty to refund the items. Please visit our Terms & Conditions for your rights and further information.
