Financial rewards are pretty standard practice in the corporate world – commissions, bonuses, etc. However, these financial rewards tend to hold little weight when it comes to employee loyalty and retention. We think that there are other ways you can support employees that supplement these financial rewards with a little extra meaning.

They’re a great way to pay attention to detail when it comes to rewarding staff and they really show that you appreciate them and their work.
